  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
  • At least 5 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monthly visit to all Branches is mandatory( Included OuTside Dhaka)
  • Weekly One day Off
  • Responsible for Recruitment and selection, Placement, Training & Development, Attendance, Salary Administration, Compensation and benefits, Leave Management, Fire, Health and safety Management, etc.
  • Implement & and follow up a sound Performance Management System for all officers, and staff.
  • Taking disciplinary action and handling grievance issues.
  • To improve workers and management relationships, communication with workers & staff, and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
  • Ensuring safety measures in the factory and issues like Housekeeping, Cleanliness, Waste Management, Safety Management, etc.
  • To maintain & and update all sorts of leave and Ensure proper documentation of employees’ documents.
  • Visit 10-12 branches for salary and other emergency purposes every month.
  • To check the employee’s IN & OUT register daily.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
