Responsibilities & Context

Employment Status: Full-time (working hour 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, break time 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm)

  • To ensure the total floor management by serving visitors appropriately
  • Managing waiters and other floor staffs with positivity
  • Excellent collaboration and building rapport with customers
  • Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Quality of taking large orders/Catering with proper gesture
  • Proven work experience on rush hour
