The Sultans Dine app is your one-stop platform to order delicious food from Sultans Dine. Whether you prefer delivery, pickup, pre-ordering, or making a dine-in reservation, our app makes it easy for you to enjoy your favorite meals.
2. How can I place an order?
You can place an order in five simple steps:
- Select Location
- Choose Order Option
- Choose Items
- Input Delivery Address
- Select Payment Option
For dine-in reservations, simply submit a request through the app.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can't be changed or canceled through the app. Contact the restaurant hotline if your order is still processing. Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed in 7–10 working days.
5. How do I know if my delivery is on its way?
Track your order in real-time through the app. Notifications will alert you when your order is out for delivery.
6. What is the dine-in reservation process?
Go to the Dine-In section in the app, fill in your preferences, and wait for confirmation from customer service. No payment is required at this stage.
7. Can I change or cancel my dine-in reservation?
Yes. Contact the restaurant directly since reservations are not final until confirmed.
8. How do I get a refund for a canceled order?
Refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
9. Why are some menu items unavailable?
Menu availability depends on stock and order timing. The app will notify you and allow substitution.
10. Can I use coupons or discount codes?
Yes! Enter your promo code at checkout to receive your discount.
11. Is the app safe to use?
Yes, we use industry-standard security. Payment details are not stored, and transactions are securely handled by trusted gateways.

You can order from the nearest branch. Pickup and Dine In are available within a 20KM radius.
13. Is there a minimum order for delivery?
You must order at least one main dish. Add-ons alone don't meet the minimum requirement.
