Welcome to the Sultans Dine website/app. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. General

  • Images shown in the app are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary.
  • All menu prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Delivery service is limited to specific areas. Availability depends on whether your address falls within our mapped zones.
  • The final invoice provided with your order is the legally binding bill. Any cart totals or app previews are indicative only.
  • All food items served are Halal.
  • Sultans Dine reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revise offerings at its sole discretion.

2. Account Registration

  • To place an order via the app, users must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Sultans Dine is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your account.

3. Ordering Options

   A. Delivery

    • Available in select zones. Orders outside delivery areas will not be accepted.
    • Orders can be tracked through the app in real-time (where applicable).

    B. Pre-order

    • Customers may place an order through the app and pick it up at their selected Sultans Dine outlet.
    • Notifications will be sent when the order is ready for collection.
    • The same payment methods apply as for delivery (see Section 4).

     C. Pickup

    • Pre-orders allow customers to schedule food in advance for pickup or dine-in.
    • Selected menu items and time must be specified at the time of order.

     D. Dine-In Reservation

    • Customers may submit a reservation request by selecting the number of guests, menu items, and preferred dine-in time.
    • No payment is collected at the time of reservation.
    • Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the restaurant.

4. Payment Options

For delivery and pickup, the following payment options are accepted:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Visa / MasterCard
  • bKash

All transactions are processed securely. Sultans Dine does not store any payment credentials.

5. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders placed through the app cannot be modified or cancelled via the app once confirmed.
  • In case of unavailable items or inability to fulfill your order, the restaurant will notify you.
  • For prepaid orders that are cancelled due to unavailability or other valid reasons, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Sultans Dine is not liable for delays on the part of banks or payment partners.

6. User Conduct

  • Users agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its services in any way.
  • Any fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • Sultans Dine reserves the right to take legal action in case of serious violations.

7. Disclaimer

  • All menu items are shown for illustrative purposes. Presentation may vary in real life.
  • Availability of menu items depends on the outlet you are ordering from.
  • Prices and offers may vary by location and time, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Any discounts or cashback shown during checkout are provided by respective payment partners and not by Sultans Dine.

8. Information Security & Privacy

  • We collect information you provide during account creation, ordering, or feedback submission to personalize and enhance your experience.
  • This information may be used to process orders, deliver services, offer promotions, and prevent fraud.
  • Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Sultan’s Dine reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
