Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA-Level 2/3 completion) is advantageous with 5+ years of experience in similar role.
• Experience in Financial Auditing, Accounting, Team Management, with Strong Analytical Skills.

Responsibilities & Context

CA/CC will get preference .

• Identifying critical areas, evaluating core competencies, and verifying document accuracy.
• Delivering comprehensive audit findings, and providing recommendations.
• Manage Accounts & Finance Department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
• Able to developed and design Accounting Information system and implement accounting system.
• Examine or analyze accounting records, financial statement or other financial reports
• Responsible for preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Company
• Follow up reviewing of monthly draft accounts and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Analyzing risk, inspecting the organization’s current practices, investigating any financial irregularities and recommending improvements.
• Responsible for monthly business performance analysis, reporting, review costing and managing budget.
• Reviewing and adapting new existing financial systems and control.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team
• Good knowledge about company law and commercial related work.
• Regular visits to Dhaka and Chittagong are also required.
• Construct and monitor reliable control systems
• Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
